Pine needle tea has a pleasant taste and smell. It is rich in vitamin A and C and can bring relief to conditions such as heart disease, varicose veins, skin complaints and fatigue.

Pine needle tea is a go to Winter drink with its subtle pine flavour with notes of citrus and mint, it also has medicinal benefits for the Winter months. It has been used for centuries to protect against colds and treating respiratory problems.

Pine Needle Tea.
Place 2 grams of the needles in a mug with 1 cup boiling water, steep for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey or sugar to your taste.
