Defective goods from point of manufacture are accepted for return and will be exchanged for an item in good condition, purchaser is to cover all return postage or transportation costs relating to the return of such items.
Receipt of goods which vary in application from those directly described within the selected products advertisement and as printed on your invoice are accepted for return and will be replaced with the appropriate item required, if the purchase price varies between applications, you are required to cover any additional difference in cost of the item. In the event the required replacement is of a lower cost, we will refund the difference.
Returns of defective or incorrect item will warrant an exchange for the equivalent item in good condition, refunds will be issued where a replacement is not available.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or preference, it is your responsibility to purchase the items you require.
While we take great care to package all orders to prevent damage during transport, sometimes accidents can occur which are out of our control. Koda Phytorium will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from transportation of purchased items, such damage is the sole responsibility of the Courier / Transportation company making delivery.
