Rose hip is commonly used orally for osteoarthritis. It may assist in the treatment of stomach problems, infections, and obesity. Rose hip is said to contain iron and may assist during menstruation to make up for iron loss.

Rosehip is the round portion of the rose flower just below the petals. Rose hip contains the seeds of the rose plant.

Traditional Tea Preparation.
Steep 2-2.5 grams of the rosehip granules in 150ml boiling water for 10-15 min, then strain liquid before ingesting.
